I have designed and taught two undergraduate courses on Organizational Behavior and two Advanced Microsoft Excel courses at Georgia Tech. For my teaching, I was awarded the Graduate Student Instructor of the Year Award (Institute-wide) in 2021.

What should you be able to know and do by the end of this course?
You will develop an understanding of OB concepts so that you can understand and analyze how organizations and the people within them work.
You will be able to apply OB concepts to address real-world dilemmas that arise in the workforce.
You will develop skills in the following areas: Critical thinking, written and oral communication, teamwork, and leadership.
